Task lifecycle
The statuses a delivery task moves through, from creation to drop-off.
Every task moves through a fixed set of statuses. You receive a webhook on each change, and statusHistory on the task keeps the full timeline.
pending → accepted → inprogress → pickup_location_reached → pickedup → enroute → delivered| Status | Meaning |

pending | Task created, looking for a driver. |
accepted | A driver accepted the task. driver is now filled in. |
inprogress | Driver is heading to the pickup location. |
pickup_location_reached | Driver arrived at pickup. |
pickedup | Driver has the order. |
enroute | Driver is on the way to the customer. |
delivered | Delivered. driver.completed_at is set. |
cancelled | Cancelled by you or by Katch. |
rejected / failed | Could not be completed. Contact support for details. |
Cancelling
Use Cancel Task with "status": "cancelled". Cancel as early as possible; once a driver has picked up the order, cancellation may not be possible.
