Rate limits & errors

How many requests you can send, and what to do when something fails.

Rate limits

Each API key can make 120 requests per 60-second window. Every response includes:

HeaderMeaning
X-RateLimit-LimitRequests allowed in the window
X-RateLimit-RemainingRequests left in the current window
X-RateLimit-ResetSeconds until the window resets

Going over returns 429 with a Retry-After header:

{ "success": false, "message": "Too many requests, please try again later." }

Prefer webhooks over polling to stay well under the limit.
